I've seen a lot of RC aircraft videos but this one is simply stunning. It's from a 17 year old who has the most incredible control over the aeroplane that I've ever seen. The plane is more like a helicopter with a fuselage hanging from the prop. I hope you enjoy it!

DownWind member jet9919 recommended we take a look at some youtube footage of the Super Petrel 100 which is an amphibious plane named after a seabird.This clip shows a takeoff which transitions from land to sea and is piloted by our latest member Jay Laybutt.
I loved watching this video which shows DownWind member Tomo taking his brother McKenzie for his first flight. I particularly enjoyed the kid-style explanation of the pre-take off checks. It's nice to see pilots sharing their passion with others and instilling the joy of aviation.
